10am-12pm at Wylde Wind & Water

Everybody is Welcome!

Our Community Paddle is a free community event open to the public for people of all ages and skill levels. At each paddle we host local experts with water expertise from around the region to engage in an open Q&A session about water safety.

Our goal is to mesh family fun on the water with conversations about water safety. We will explain Water Safety Awareness & Preparation and the steps individuals can take to ensure their safety on the water.

After the Q&A and discussion, we hit the water and go Stand Up Paddling! Every paddle event will be catered towards the participants and their skill level, but each event will provide people an opportunity to paddle with a group, growing our local community! No prior paddling experience necessary.

Community Paddles will run weekly during July and August on Saturday mornings at the Wylde Wind & Water Center. Every Saturday from 10:00am-12:00pm, starting July 6th, 2024 (except July 20, 2024). No registration necessary, no fee.
